We are a busy, flooring installation company searching for talented and experienced flooring Installers. We have recently acquired additional stores.... growing and expanding... requiring more Installation crews.. This is in addition to the existing stores we service in RI and Mass & The Cape. We are an in-home service provider for a major home improvement retailer, the Big BLUE Box Store, that we can offer steady, year round, local work with a weekly paycheck. We’re hiring flooring installers for installation of: carpet vinyl vinyl plank laminate hardwood ceramic tile and kitchen backsplash for immediate work. There is training available and we offer up tricks, tips, advise and resources. This is a family owned business who understands "life" gets in the way and we can work with you on a Schedule for either full or part time - as many days and as much work as you want to do. In order to qualify you need the following: - Minimum of 2 to 5 years Experience installing in residential homes - Professional and Friendly Attitude - Reliable, Dependable & serious about making some serious $$$ Money $$$ - Lead Installer must speak and read English - A good working van with the proper tools for the trade - General Liability Insurance and Workers Comp Insurance - MUST Pass a Criminal Background Check (and all helpers too) We are PAPERLESS.. Installers get their work thru a web based app on their phone/tablet. Customers sign with finger/pen/email and transmitted electronically.. NO MORE Chasing Paperwork !!!
