Needed Interior and Exterior Painting done for rental INTERIOR $1.25/sf of house interior all in: wall, trim, ceiling ceiling and trim are white and will stay white or light and will, more than likely only need 1 coat. walls are going from darker to lighter and will need more than 1 coat. house has 1.5 story foyer. All other rooms are 9 & 10' on main level and 8&9 feet high upstairs. house is 2500 sf = $3125 all in EXTERIOR: $0.83/sf of wall exterior all in: walls and all trim to include windows, doors, soffits, etc.. synthetic stucco to include pressure wash before painting 1.5 story house $3000 all in price We will pay for paints up front and subtract from pricing above. Labor balance paid upon completion. This is what we normally pay. Our guys aren't available this week and we need someone asap. We'd like to stay at the price range and may have just a little wiggle room. There's also 20+ points of contact of wood rot and holes in stucco that need to be taken care of. We're paying for the separately We pay within 24 hours of completion after any punch list items have been completed. Payment is by company check, zelle, or PayPal. We prefer insured, but will consider other. Must have at least 3 references we can call. Prefer a property management or retail/commercial/multi family we can call, but will consider home owner references. Looking for crew that's available ASAP. Would like you to be able to come by tomorrow AM to confirm quote.
