As a Lead Technician with 3 to 4 years experience, you know that your day can start off doing a water remediation job, to a mold or asbestos mitigation project, and end with an emergency service at a commercial building. Each day you are communicating with all levels of managers and different customers. Always striving to ensure that you are putting your best foot forward and your customer skills are off the charts. You care about what you do because your customers depend on it. Getting a call after hours while being on-call for an emergency service is part of the job but you thrive on helping people in tough times....like when a pipe burst and someone's house is flooding.
