Job Description Falls Fertilizer is now Hiring Plant/Yard Associates for the 2021 Fertilizer season. This job is seasonal. Mid March to End of May. Falls Fertilizer is a Premium service provider for our Growers. We take pride in serving our customers. We are looking for Plant/Yard Associates that also take pride in their work. Requirements: Dependable Valid Drivers License. Able to lift 50 Lbs. Must have strong communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, employees and customers. Positive attitude. Willing to work long hours. Loader or forklift operator helpful. Will be discussed in Interview. Hourly plus overtime. Must be available to work Mon-Saturday. Duties: Loading 50 lbs bags of fertilizer for customers. Monitoring unloading and loading process for dry or liquid fertilizer Keep Plant clean and operational. Deliver fertilizer in pickup.
