3367 POWERS RD near Northmoor and Riche, Memphis TN

Description

Our dog, Simba, was last seen Saturday, February 6th on Powers Rd, heading toward Riche and Northmoor. He's approximately 8lbs. A mixed breed of Border Terrier and Shih Tzu. He's a mixture of black, tan, and white. I have a 12 year old that's crushed. Please Help get him home.
