Family owned and operated real estate company is seeking a part-time maintenance person. All of our properties consist of single family homes and small apartment buildings, and they are all located near Downtown Colorado Springs. Job would require responding to work orders from residents, responding to emergencies after-hours, performing preventative maintenance, turning apartments for a new resident, etc. Additionally, there will be an opportunity to participate in renovation work, and possibly new construction, if interested. Hours for this position will vary month to month.
