We are an established, employee friendly property management company seeking a full-time maintenance tech for a 110 unit apartment community in Commerce City. Job duties would include grounds, turning units, performing work orders, handling emergencies maintenance calls, etc. The job pays a competitive salary, fully paid health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(K) with company match, generous PTO program, possible monthly bonuses, etc. The ability to live onsite is preferred.
