Construction Manager with Civil Experience – Starts at $75K - $85K range depending on experience! Vinco is a rapidly growing Las Vegas, NV construction company (specializing in telecommunications and electrical projects) is looking for a motivated Construction Manager with civil/concrete experience to support our planned growth. Qualifications of the ideal candidate include:  Appropriate degree (or equivalent relevant experience in managing construction projects – minimum of 4 years - will be considered in lieu of a degree).  Construction experience in wireless telecom preferred but not required.  Knowledge of Las Vegas statutes on civil (ground) work required.  Ability to effectively lead a team.  Ability to establish, manage, plan, and think strategically.  Ability to build and foster collaborative relationships.  Demonstrate excellent decision-making abilities. Successful candidates will also possess:  Basic circuit and hardware knowledge.  Understanding and adaptation of old and new Clark County regulations  Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.  Ability to work as a team with a positive attitude and professional customer service skills.  Effective communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.  Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and electronic estimating software.  Valid driver's license required with a decent MVR. Starting salary of $75K – 85K, more for more experience. Open to discussion with more experience.
