Experienced Tower Foreman – $80K - $100K incl. O/T Vinco, Inc. is a rapidly growing, broad-based Telecommunication Construction contractor, with specializations in communications construction. From large towers and raw land site construction to small installs, placing specialty equipment on a water tower, church steeple, building, or similar vertical structure. Vinco, Inc. is looking for an Experienced Tower Telecommunication Foreman for our Las Vegas, NV location. Candidate must in the Las Vegas area to be considered for the position. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF JOB: This position is responsible for leading and training a team of Telecommunications Technicians who perform installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance for cell phone and antenna systems on elevated structures and masts. Engages in technical testing as described and required. JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS: • Must be eighteen (18) years old minimum. • Prefer a high school diploma/GED or equivalent, higher education desirable. • *Must have at least one year of Tower Telecom Foreman experience * • Requires heavy physical exertion as described (e.g., climbing, lifting, bending, use of technical tools, etc.) • Requires confidence and competence with working safely up to 500 feet in the air in diverse climates. • Requires a valid driver’s license and good driving record. CDL preferred but not required. • Requires technical equipment testing skills (sweep, PIM, fiber, RET programming, etc.) • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook • Ability to travel locally and nation-wide. • Availability to work overtime. • Must have good analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills. • Must be able to develop and implement plans, procedures, and processes to accomplish a goal. • Must have good communications skills. Teambuilding and managing people experience helpful. • *Candidate must live in the Las Vegas, NV area to be considered for the position.* Position is subject to pre-employment and random drug screening, physical, driving record check, and background check. Environment: 100% of work is performed externally, on-site, outdoors, with exposure to the elements of nature working under normal construction conditions. $100 per diems when 100 miles + from the office.
