Full-time (40 hours/week) Residential Maintenance Technician wanted to join our St Paul team caring for an 86-unit apartment/townhome community. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Responsible for day to day maintenance needs, long range preventative maintenance, On-call emergency maintenance at any of our 15 locations, and maintaining standards required by regulatory agencies. Together with the Property Manager (PM), the Maintenance Technician will think innovatively to solve facility and ground problems within budget requirements. Provide outstanding customer service as part of the management team. Qualified candidates will have ability to work independently and manage work orders. Experience required in basic electrical, plumbing, appliance installation and repair, HVAC and light construction. Minimum qualifications: 2 year residential maintenance experience, building maintenance or other demonstrated aptitude and experience Special Boiler's license Valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle Provide own hand tools Ability to be on an Emergency On-Call Rotation May require evening, weekend and/or holiday hours This position qualifies for Full time benefits including: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, 401k and Employer Match, HSA/FSA account Send letter of interest and resume or email for an application.
