This position for housekeeping is for a part-time work at a minimum of 25+ hours per week. Must have availability to work between 8AM-6PM, Monday-Friday. No evenings or weekend work available. No partial days available. We are searching for a candidate who is looking for long term stable employment, has a dependable economy car and can commute to all service areas (see below). No short term or seasonal applicants need apply. Pay DOE. Our service areas include: Black Diamond, Kent, Covington, Issaquah, South East Renton, North Bend and North Auburn. Applicants must be able to drive to all areas as required. Applicants must live in the proximity of Maple Valley, WA. WE OFFER: Weekday Hours (M-F, 8a-6p) No evenings or weekends Great Pay 25+ Hours per Week Supplies Provided Training Provided Paid Mileage Between Assignments Consistent Clients and Schedule Direct Deposit Automated Paperless Scheduling Room for Advancement Team Building Events WE REQUIRE: Must Live in or Close to our Areas of Service Valid Driver’s License/Proof of Insurance Dependable Economy Car Good Communication Skills (Speaks Fluent English) Cell Phone Proof of Permanent Residence Looking for Stable, Long Term Employment Ability to Lift up to 30lbs and Physically Able to Reach, Stretch, Bend, and Stand for Long Periods During Daily Routine GENERAL DUTIES: Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies and products Ensure the safety, storage, organization, functionality and care of all company property Perform general sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing, mopping floors Collecting and disposing of trash into correct receptacles Dusting, damp dusting, and polishing of surfaces, furniture and room accessories Scrubbing sinks, bathtubs, showers and toilets with proper cleaning products Changing linens, doing dishes, or party help with set up or take down Clean windows, glass surfaces and mirrors Straighten and fluff pillows, fold blankets, tidy clutter and make rooms look presentable Report repairs, replacements, damage, or changes in client homes to management Work around people and pets Follow written instructions POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Physically able to lift 30lbs, push a vacuum for extended periods of time and climb stairs Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, be on your knees and on your feet for up to 8 hours Able to climb stairs and perform tasks from a ladder up to 6 feet No sensitivities to bleach or other general cleaning products Able to assist clients on the job with special tasks Have good communications skills and can articulate easily with customers Self-starter with strong attention to detail and loves to clean Can take constructive criticism well to improve skill set Organized and have good time management skills Can easily use Gmail to include sending and receiving emails, taking and sending photos Able to use apps on a tablet for schedule, timecard and messaging Well versed in using map apps for travel to customer locations Maid services Job Type: Part-Time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
