This position could lead to fulltime permanent employment. The Maintenance Technician supports all maintenance and repair efforts, as assigned, throughout lodging units, pools & recreation areas, administrative buildings, parking areas and grounds. Work is in a variety of skill areas, which may include electrical, carpentry, building, plumbing, pool maintenance, simple repairs, painting, moving items, etc. Candidates must demonstrate some skill level in all areas or a basic understanding of work functions and the desire and ability to learn. The ability to support and work closely with other departments and communicate in a positive and respectful manner with co-workers and guests, is essential to this position.
