Kelly Services is seeking experienced Material Handlers/Forklift Operators for a well known automotive parts distribution center. Temp-to-hire opportunity for serious candidates only. Work Schedule: 1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm, M-F 2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm, M-F Compensation: $14/hr Job Duties: • Inspect, sort, store and perform data entry for all core, inbound part/unit shipments, and returned goods according to established TS procedures. • Pick and pack assigned parts according to shop order pick tags • Support further shop order activity by picking parts for shop unit builds, fulfillment of Kan-Ban systems and completing return to stock transactions • Transfer stock physically and electronically using computer and/or RFguns • Pick and pack customer orders by unit/parts according to order notes • Weigh, route, stage, and load freight according to order notes and carrier shipping instructions • Issue OS & D reports for non-compliant shipments according to TS procedures. • Operate forklifts or hand carts • Support safety and good housekeeping of warehouse You might be an outstanding fit if you: • Comfortable working at a fast pace • Able to lift or move 25 – 50 lbs • Comfortable bending, standing and kneeling • Have previous experience in a distribution environment • RF scanner gun experience • Strong computer skills and exposure to TQMs and TS/QS 9000 • Forklift experience required for driver openings Interested?
