Calling all Roadies and road warriors who don't mind breaking a sweat while seeing the country as a Traveling Laborer. Is the road your home away from home? Love the wide open and change of scenery? Hop in the truck and we'll send you all over MN and IA most of the time, but we might need you anywhere in the country for some projects. Have friends? We're hiring a team of 4 - share our ad! ...::: Critical to Understand before Proceeding :::... Full-Time Seasonal lasting through November 2021. Benefits include Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, 6 paid holidays and 401k w/ company match. May turn into full-time permanent with entire benefits package in November. To be discussed at that time. Regional travel required 5-6 weeks at a time, THEN you will be home for 1-2 weeks before returning back to the road for another 5-6 weeks. This is the standard schedule. We provide all travel accommodations (comfy, cozy single occupancy room) and $25 daily per diem for meals. Payday is every Friday! Tasks Include: - General operations include highway maintenance - Spray complete weed, grass and brush control to various commercial / industrial sites - Cleaning and reshaping ditches, erecting signs, landscaping activities, debris and litter control, and snow removal. - Traffic control / flagging and setting up work zones - Operates a tractors, bush hogs, as well as hydraulic equipment and power tools - Conduct truck inspections (responsible for truck / spray system maintenance and repairs) Requirements or Preferences: - 21+ years old - Valid Driver's License - Regularly lift up to 75 lbs. * Hired CDL drivers will receive higher compensation Work Days Look Like - Most days Monday - Saturday (10) hour days (60 hours per week may be typical) Interested to apply?
