Kaeser SK20 air compressor motor replacement

Description

We have a Kaeser SK20 air compressor with a toasted motor. We don't need the same amount of air flow any longer so we where thinking to put a smaller motor in to save cost and electricity. Same unit is available with smaller motor which is the way we want to go. It is a little old but has worked well. Kaeser motor replacement is quite expensive and we are considering using an alternate motor. Anyone with experience or knowledge of a solution should contact us with information.
