Patio/screened lanai enclosure

Description

Looking to enclose our screened in patio/lanai with 3 total windows and a double door. Will eventually add an interior wall with door and add a few outlets. Skilled in carpentry, window and door, stucco, framework, and electric is a must with track record or pics to prove it. Received 2 good labor quotes on sight but need 1 or 2 more...making sure we have more to choose from for this project and others. Thanks for looking.
