Growing San Antonio based Restoration Contractor looking for an addition to the team! Company seeking to fill an immediate opening for a full time estimator. The position offers salary plus commission ($60,000-$100,000+ potential), health benefits, company supplied cell phone, company supplied computer, company supplied vehicle, and uniform. Duties to include: - Onsite inspections/estimation of residential loss’s (water/fire/hail/wind) - Onsite inspections/estimation of commercial roofing - Preparing scope reports utilizing Xactimate - Presenting scope to carrier/client to ultimately contract sale - Maintaining employment hours of 8-5/ m-f - Company to provide all leads, training, and continuing education Requirements - Minimum of 1 year residential construction field experience - Minimum if 1 year commercial roofing field experience - Min 2 years estimating roofing/restoration - Knowledge and skillset using Xactimate - Valid Driver's License/Background Check/Drug Screen
