We are seeking an assistant specializing in Swimming Pool Construction to join our team. Responsibilities: • Help superintendent oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation • Ensure payment schedule is maintained all payments are received • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors, resolve conflicts, and maintain relationships. • Facetime Superintendent from Job Sites to check various stages of construction. • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications • Exceeding customer expectations is your top priority Qualifications: • Previous experience in Swimming Pool Maintenance or Construction a plus. • Ability to deliver equipment and travertine to job sites. Should be able to lift 80lbs. • Exceptional customer service skills • Smart Phone capable of video conferencing. • Clean driving record, drug free. • Deadline and detail-oriented, able to work extra hours and weekends in busy season. • Thick skin, able to work for cranky old man. Salary starts at 35k per year and is negotiable dependent on experience. The right candidate will become a project manager and earn a much higher salary after learning the business over the course of a few years. Gas card and truck provided
