We are seeking a Full-Time Dock Worker for our Denver, CO terminal! Working at MTS is more than a job; it's a career! MTS is looking to hire someone who is team oriented and ready to work! Click here to apply! Dock workers/Freight Handlers will be responsible for loading and unloading freight from trailers using equipment such as forklift and/or pallet jack. Work is performed in a warehouse setting and is physically demanding. Freight Handlers must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while working safely and efficiently. Shift: Monday-Friday 12:00pm - 8:00pm (No Weekends!!) Pay: Competitive pay (will recognize skill set, past experience, qualifications) Position Details: Work safely and efficiently using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, 2-wheel carts, or by hand to move freight Load and unload a wide variety of freight in a fast paced environment to meet linehaul deadlines. Secure freight inside trailers using supplies such as pallets, straps, and load bars. Performs tasks such as breaking down or shrink wrapping pallets, re-palletizing, and/or daily dock clean-up and organization. Use scanning devices and/or other technology to verify freight matches description. Assist customers with freight when needed Requirements: Attention to detail Able to lift 75 lbs unassisted Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug and alcohol screening Previous forklift and warehouse experience preferred Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, Supplemental, and Life Insurances are available to our full time employees.
