Badass Handyman/General Laborer Wanted

We’re looking for a badass handyman/general laborer to help us with a few random projects at our family home in Santa Clarita. Some of the projects include (but are not limited to): Installing locks on solid wood doors. Property clean up/trash collection (we have dumpsters). Building matching wood shelves in the storage closet. Painting. Redoing our wood patio (remove old paint, then add stain and sealant). Roof repairs (there are a couple leaky spots over the patio). And possibly, if you have excellent carpentry skills, building custom kitchen cabinets for us. We plan to update the kitchen soon. And, also a possibility, building us custom bookshelves/cabinets for the family room. Our family home is located in Canyon Country/Santa Clarita. Start NOW. IMMEDIATELY. We pay on a per project basis, NOT HOURLY. We can figure out a fair price when you get here but know ahead of time that you can expect a fair pay of about $20 per hour of work. Just need to know how long it will take you to get each project completed, and we’ll take good care of you. Let’s start with a little trial period and take it from there. If you’re truly a badass professional, and darn good at what you do, we’ll keep you employed for months and possibly years to come.
