Immediate opening for a Part-Time skilled Maintenance Technician at Casa Oaks Apartments (54-unit apartment community) in Newbury Park, CA. Maintenance duties include, but are not limited to: • Completing work-orders/repairs • Unit turnover maintenance • Property walks • Painting • Common area maintenance **Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Maintenance Technician on 75+ units **Plumbing, electrical, painting, basic carpentry, and turnover maintenance **HVAC Certification required Candidates must also: - Read, write, and speak English (Bi-lingual preferred) - Pass a drug/background screen - Provide own tools - Possess strong communication/customer services skills - Possess a valid driver’s license - Possess valid proof of insurance Email or fax resumes to (310) 388-0598.
