Our company is seeking a Field Supervisor/Handyman to join our team to assist with the upkeep of REO Bank Foreclosed properties in the Triad area. The jobs range from: Home Repair, Lawn Maintenance, Winterizations, Lock Changes, Junk Removals/Trash Outs, etc. We are looking for an experienced individual who has time management, and leadership skills. The schedule is flexible, and the pay is great! This is a 1099 position. We will provide all the necessary materials for the job orders! Requirements: -Have your own transportation (preferably a truck, but not required). -Have your own tools to complete jobs. -Have verifiable work experience. -Have knowledge using phones to take photos at the job sites.
