We are now hiring Maintenance Technicians for our beautiful properties: Mission at La Villita 635 East Royal Lane Irving, Texas 75039 Tuscany Square 3637 Timberglen Road Dallas, Texas 75287 Villas at Katy Trail 3200 Maple Ave Dallas, Texas 75201 To learn more about our beautiful communities visit us at EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: 2+ years of experience in a related maintenance/construction/make-ready role Provides top-notch customer service to residents and is a team player Works effectively in a very fast-paced environment and meets company goals and deadlines Experienced with plumbing, electrical, troubleshooting appliances, pool, heating/air, basic carpentry, and painting Time management and multi-tasking skills Effective communication skills with residents, onsite staff, and management English fluency *Occasional resident events or emergencies will necessitate working outside of normal business hours. There may be times when you are called upon, based on rare necessities.
