Our Responsibilities to you… • Provide you with a Safe and Fun Working Environment • Provide you with clear operational goals and daily tasks • Provide you with the equipment required to easily carry out the duties of the job We offer... • Paid Medical Benefits for employees • Paid Vacation • Matching Simple IRA Retirement Program • Quarterly Team Building Activities (Placed on pause because of COVID) Daily Responsibilities... • Analyze collision damaged vehicles, photo document, and write up supplements • Present estimates to bill payers and explain reasoning behind necessary repairs • Track claim payments and verify payment with bill payers • Use OEM repair information to guide the repair process • Work closely with all members of the team to ensure a smooth repair process for the customer • Answer phones as necessary Requirements • Experience in writing estimates in CCCOne (Others a plus) • 2 Years Experience • Valid and Insurable Drivers license • A great attitude HOURS: M-F 8-5 If you want to take pride in where you work, look no further.
