Looking for a fur sibling

Walter, our almost 6 month old male chihuahua is lonely. For most of his short life he has had a medium sized corgi lab mix as a 24/7 companion but our living situation has changed and as a result his playmate is no longer under the same roof. It breaks my heart to see him wander around looking for his friend only to come back to me or dad with a sad look on his little face and just plop down in frustration. We think he is legitimately depressed and while we have had some great play dates they in no way replace having what was tantamount to a sibling. Which leads me to... Please help us find another small dog, male or female, to add to our family. Age is not important. His prior homie was definitely a senior dog so someone younger would probably be best in order to keep up with Walter. We are definitely looking for a small dog as Walter is less than 5 lb and is pretty much full grown. We are willing to pay a small rehoming fee. If you or somebody you know is a situation where you could no longer care for your small dog, please reach out to us as we would love to give another furbaby a wonderful home.
