A qualified Maintenance Technician is skilled in unit turns, advanced plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, drywall, and electrical work. The position requires availability to be a part of the on-call maintenance emergencies rotation. Must have excellent customer service skills in order to assist residents and work with contractors. Familiarity with Section 8 preferred but not necessary. Candidate must enjoy working with others and have superior customer service skills. Being self-driven is a must.
