Real estate company looking for property locators in Smith County and other areas. Must have reliable transportation and access to a smartphone with internet connection and camera. Job duties include but are not limited to: - Driving targeted ZIP codes with the intent of locating distressed, vacant, and/or abandoned properties. - Using a designated app to mark each house you find and take a picture of the front of the house. - Include notes about the condition of the house (broken or boarded up windows, peeling paint, and other criteria).
