Help filling packets of powder paint.

Our nonprofit organization distributes educational kits to students. Each kit requires a packet of paint. We are looking for someone who can help us fill 100s up to 1000s of packets with paint and seal them. We will start with a 200 packet order and pay $0.50 per packet. Must be able to invoice us via paypal as payment. We will provide the tools and components to fill the packets. We can suggest a fast method to fill the packets but you can get creative if you find ways to do it faster or more efficiently. It should end up taking less than one minute per packet from start to finish after everything is setup. You would need to have a well ventilated work area to work and access to an power outlet to manage the small heat sealer required. Also the powder paint cant get messy so we suggest a garage or workshop but that is up to you.
