Missing Senior ESA dog needs meds immediately

My sweet senior got out the gate when it was left open by someone working on renovating our house. She’s an ESA and needs meds (which is why she isn’t wearing her tags because I just gave her one of her treatments) and she has bad legs. She is my literal life saver and I have to find her.
