Paint prep and Painting - Laminate flooring

Paint prep, drywall patching, skim coat ceiling, wall prep, rolling walls. 2 bedroom - 1 bath apartment. We are doing a complete color change...photos are of old pictures. MUST have all of your own small tools to start work; and your own transportation. This is an HOURLY job...no bidding. START IMMEDIATELY!! $15-$20 per hour based on experience. I also have 500 sq. ft. of Laminate flooring to install. There is flooring prep, floating and leveling using 12mm click and lock product. I will buy all materials...just give me a materials list. So if you are reliable and not a flake there is more work available. No drunks or stoners.
