Handyman Needed

I’m looking for a reliable handyman that can respond to my home located in Cambridge, as needed. My typical needs are fairly basic, for example - installing smoke alarm, unclogging a sink, some light carpentry, install a storm window, painting, moving some boxes, re-wiring an outlet, installing a ceiling fan, install cabinet pulls, change furnace filter, install faucet, etc. Looking for someone that leaves the work area cleaner then when they started. Please respond with your hourly rate, your experience, your location, and your general response time. Are you a handyman full-time? Also please let me know if references are available. Thank you. This is not a full or part-time job offer. It's is for "as needed" tasks.
