Metro Detroit based real estate rental company now hiring for a full time position in our Maintenance department. 40 hours per week. Health and Dental Insurance after 60 days of hire. Job description. Will be responsible for making recently vacated rental units ready for market in a timely fashion. Requirements Valid drivers license Reliable work vehicle (large enough to carry sheet goods) Able to work, and troubleshoot without constant supervision Able to use paint sprayer and paint in a clean manner Excellent drywall skills Basic plumbing skills Basic electrical skills Good carpentry skills Must own your own tools and have a basic understanding of workflow on light rehabs.
