Work will include but is not limited to:
· Grass cuts
· Board-ups
· Lock changes
· Minor repairs
· Tarp installation
. Trash Outs
. Maid services
. Eviction
. Bids
· Must be Honest, Reliable and Responsible.
· Must have at least field experience in property preservation.
· Must have a smart cell phone, computer, and internet.
· Must have lawn equipment, truck, trailer, and tools.
