Roofing Warranty Technician Full Time 40+ hours (No Sundays) • Inspect problem roofs to determine the best repair procedures • Set up ladders to provide safe access to roofs • Use construction knowledge to repair roofs and leaks • Determine quantity and type of materials for installation/repairs required to complete jobs. • Responds to inquiries and resolves roofing issues • Other duties as directed by supervisor What you need: • Must be able to speak and understand English • Must have the ability to do heavy lifting (up to 60 lbs.) • Must be able to climb a ladder, walk roofs and have good balance • Must be willing to work in all climates Job Type: Fulltime Hourly: Depends on experience Job Type: Full-time Experience: Willing to train Job Location: Apex Benefits: Paid Holidays, Health Insurance Allowance.
