Laborer needed, with construction skills

Rehabbing a house. I need a laborer to help and assist me in general duties. Experience and skills are nice, but ability to follow directions and perform tasks as described just as important. All aspects of rehab - plumbing, electrical, HVAC, light framing, and general clean-up. NO CELL PHONE during working hours. Available part time a couple days a week off and on until mid-May. $15 per hour cash at the end of each week.
