Looking for a Reconstruction Manager. The Reconstruction Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the project cycle for restoration projects by providing direction and coordination of all field activities related to the installation teams and any coordinated subcontracts; managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle; and securing any unique materials, permits and equipment required to complete the project. Qualifications: Must have an understanding of basic construction, project management, and repair work in order to perform scope setting, as well as quality control inspections for the work being completed by local subcontractors. Must have a strong understanding of the local permitting processes to ensure that subcontractors are pulling and closing out all permits necessary to complete the jobs while staying in compliance. An understanding of basic house construction OSHA requirements will be required to ensure worksite safety. Must have the ability to utilize a scheduling system to maintain all job schedules and report the status of assigned jobs on a timely basis. Must be highly organized and deadline-driven to manage the timely scheduling and completion of homes in a high-paced, high-volume environment. Must have the ability to analyze job cost variance data and take corrective action with general contractors as needed. Must be able to make solid judgment calls for unforeseen renovations. Consistently maintain a professional, courteous attitude when dealing with co-workers, vendors, and subcontractors. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Must have a collaborative attitude in working with various positions within the company. Must have a working knowledge of Computers/iPads in order to learn various scheduling. DASH Program is a strong plus. Must act ethically at all times and maintain strict confidentiality with all sensitive and confidential information and protect All American's propriety knowledge and information. Must have a strong work ethic that does not require constant management and follow-up.
