Carrectly is a cool, Chicago-based startup that is solving car-related hassles for others. In short, we want to see the world where servicing a car is free of bs, distrust, confusion, inconvenience, tricky pricing and lingo, questionable service, long lines, and hours-long waits. Job duties include (but are not limited to): - Driving customers' cars to and from different locations throughout Chicago. - Interacting with customers directly upon pickup and return of the vehicle. Includes asking them for specific issues with the car, guiding them through our process etc. Communicating everything to your manager. - Checking for completion of services and prepping cars for return. - Keeping track of services and completion time etc. Why work for Carrectly? - Growth: We are growing, changing, learning. Your schedule and work hours might be flexible based on demand. Our company is dynamic; please apply if you are too. - Money: Earn $14 and up per hr. But can be around $20 + you keep all the tips. Extra bonuses based on how many cars are serviced by a concierge in a day. Transition from an Independent Contractor to Full-Time employment after the trial period. - Customers: You'll get to talk to various customers and clients, as well as polish off your negotiation and communication skills. You’ll also get to communicate any updates to us and customers, talk to dealership representatives, etc. The ideal candidate is: * Dynamic, energetic, positive, courteous, customer-focused, tech-savvy * Auto enthusiast. Knowledge about cars, love for cars, any auto-work, especially valet attendant experience is a huge plus. * Able to work/commute to and within Chicago (mainly Downtown). No need to own a car, but it is certainly preferred. * At least 21+ of age. Few years of driving experience. * Have a valid driver's license. * Clean DMV driving record required. Subject to a background check. * Prior customer service, valet attendant, or car maintenance experience is a big advantage. (car dealerships, luxe valet, repair shops, porter jobs) * Ability to work long hours when needed. We'd love to talk to you and discuss options if you are interested. Let us know!
