Hiring Solar Installers Top Dollar Paid! Solar 360 is a locally-owned residential solar company looking for experienced solar professionals to fill permanent positions installing PV solar systems. We have consistent 40+ hours/week schedule with overtime available. We install in Orange County, the Inland Empire, Los Angeles County and San Diego County. We have several positions available. Solar experience will be a large influence on your starting pay, but as your knowledge grows, so does your pay rate. As a small growing company, advancement is available, and we are looking for long-term employees -- not short term turnover. **Competitive Pay Based on Experience** All candidates must meet the following criteria: -Valid driver's license and able to complete an MVR check -Reliable transportation to get to job sites -Personal hand tools and cordless drills (18V or equivalent) -Be able to lift 50lbs regularly throughout the day -Comfortable with heights, climbing ladders, tall buildings/heights, lifting up to 50 pounds throughout the day without assistance, and in extreme weather conditions. -Be able to interact professionally with customers -Read and understand blueprints and schematics -Mental toughness to complete installations on schedule -Maintain a clean and safe working environment -Minimum 1 year experience as a solar installer -Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment *Additional pay for NABCEP certified installers* -Solar 360 offers excellent compensation, health insurance offered after 60 days of employment, paid vacation, paid holidays and paid PTO. We also offer a discretionary bonus program for all employees.
