We are looking for a dynamic individual to be a shift supervisor. Supervisory experience is preferred but not required. The position will include supervising a small handful of employees, and will be supported by and report to other individuals in the office. The position will include making sure employees fill out their time-sheets correctly, assigning tasks to individuals, checking up on work flow, and communicating with other folks in the office as well as with customers. The ideal candidate will be have a friendly demeanor, but will also be able to hold people accountable if needed. Good communication and organizational skills are a must, as well as a desire to help foster good team dynamics and a supportive work environment. Please respond with a resume, and/or work history.
