Looking for a reliable, experienced plumber with own tools that is interested in doing unscheduled "side jobs" as they come up. Most jobs can be done at night or weekends to accommodate your schedule. We are a property management company and have light plumbing jobs available several times a month in the homes and apartments we manage for private owners in the south sound area. Line clearing is the most common issue but also fixtures, valves and stem replacements come up often. Availability and per job pricing are most important to us and the owners we represent. They generally don't have the budget to hire the large plumbing companies but we can always pay cash immediately upon completion of jobs.
