The Management Group (TMG) is seeking a full-time Painting Technician to work 80% on inside painting projects and 20% on outside projects for our Vancouver properties.  As the Painting Technician working in our Maintenance Services Department, you will follow painting and drywall work orders traveling from one site to another in a company truck.  The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.   What You’ll Do: ·         Read work orders or receive instructions from supervisor or homeowner regarding painting/drywall specifications and job requirements. ·         Select premixed paints or mixes required portions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying substances to prepare paint that matches specified colors. ·         Paints surfaces with brushes, spray gun, or paint rollers and applies paint with cloth, brush, sponge, or fingers to create special effects. ·         Fills nail holes, cracks, and joints with caul, putty, plaster, or other filler. ·         Erects scaffolding or sets up ladders to perform tasks above ground level. ·         Provides information and recommendations in order to prepare bids and estimates.
