Drab to Fab Landscapes is looking for: Landscaping Laborers Experience with any of the following a plus:  Landscape Installation  Grading/Concrete Work/Pavers/Retaining Walls  Sprinkler Systems  Low Voltage Outdoor Lighting We are a fast-growing landscape design company, looking for staff to grow with us. You will need to have a social security number, driver's license and have experience in labor. Having your own tools/truck a plus. Immediate hiring. Starting Hourly Salary $15 to $20 per hour, higher salaries negotiated based on your qualifications and experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following essential duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by an individual assigned to this job. Other duties may be assigned as determined by the Company in its sole discretion.  Ability to adhere to Company policies and procedures, codes and standards of conduct, ethics, attendance and professional appearance.  Ability to pass pre-employment testing, criminal and civil background investigations, employment verifications and physical/drug screens.  Applicant must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions  This position requires substantial manual labor.  Reliable and motivated with good work ethic.  Strong interpersonal, leadership and problem solving abilities.  California Driver’s license and automobile insurance required.  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.  Ability to travel between worksites.
