Dog found black/white pit mix free

I found this guy wandering around the hotel I live in. It's too cold for him and he has no collar. I brought him in but can't keep him. He seems to be between 1 and 2 yrs old, is mostly white with black patches on his eyes. He's very friendly and has been well trained. I'm hoping to reunite him with his owner or find a home for him.
