General Laborer & Traffic Control Work We offer $12/hr for first 40hrs/week and $18/hr for all hours over the first 40hrs/week plus $20/day Per-Diem when staying overnight & and company pays directly for lodging - we book double occupancy so you will typically be sharing a room with another employee. Work is all over the state of Florida and typically requires overnight stays. We are a growing Restoration company based in Lecanto, FL that offers its employees company Per-Diem and take care of lodging direct when travelling (we typically lodge 2 to a room). The Position: We’re looking for a General Laborer to help our team complete our jobs with integrity and skill. We utilize skid steers, mini-excavators, trenchers, loaders, etc.…., we do vegetation, dirt & concrete restoration, we create temporary and permanent access roads & pads, we also install and maintain environmental controls i.e. silt fence, staked turbidity and floating turbidity. We also do chain link and wooden fence on occasion along with installing pins for matting. The pay range we’re offering is 12 to 14 per hour based on credentials and skill set. • We offer tooling, supplies, lodging (we typically lodge 2 to a room), PPE, Per-Diem. Requirements: • Valid Diver License • Dependable vehicle • Positive attitude • Safety oriented • Drug Free Responsibilities: • Work as a team member to accomplish task set forth • Carry out daily responsibilities • Work with shovels, rakes, hammers & various hand-tools • Work with manual & gas-powered post drivers The Location: R.O.W. Maintenance is based in Lecanto, FL, however we travel the state of Florida and in the future possibly merging further north to Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi. This is a travelling job, we rarely have work in the Lecanto area.
