Kids Running Crew! Meet every Tuesday to practice. The Saturday after the last practice will be the final run. By registering for this event you are committing to all 6 weeks of practice that will go March 23rd - May 1st. Practices will be every Tuesday from 5-6pm with the final 5k run on Saturday, May 1st . Children will participate in a 6 week program leading up to the race. During practice students will learn about running, practice their running skills and also participate in other physical activity. At the end of their 6 weeks, children will particpate in a 5k run near Fratellos. Afterwards, children and families are encouraged to stop by Fratellos as a thank you for sponsoring our run! They open for lunch at 11am. It is $25 for adults & $15 for children. Checks are payable to Oaklawn PTO or Venmo to @Oaklawn-PTO.
