Field service company is looking to bring on a reliable Subcontractor occupancy Inspector in the Tempe, Phoenix(85041) South Mountain, Laveen AREAS.
BUSY ALL YEAR AROUND. We are Listed and considered Essential Services
No experience is required

Immediate availability
Flexible schedule
Reps take 6-8 simple photos and fill out a Quick Form on a mobile app to report back to the Clients the occupancy status of the properties.
PAY IS PER inspection/photos HIGH VOLUME AREA $4.00+ per inspection.
Requirements
Smart phone or tablet required.
This job involves driving 1-2 days a week, so a reliable and fuel-efficient auto is recommended.
Strong mapping and directional skills
Computer/Printer and reliable internet connection
This position is great for someone who is motivated, wants a Flexible schedule and like to work independently as Subcontractor.
