We are an expanding Property Services Company that specializes in Rehabs and Turns in and surrounding the Metro Atlanta area. We are currently looking for an experienced, honest, and reliable Technician to join our team. The position is a 1099 and compensation is based on experience. Applicants must be honest, reliable, and punctual. Only experienced workers will be considered. Serious inquiries only, please. Requirements: Has 3+ years of experience Owns a standard set of tools to perform repairs Reliable transportation to travel to job sites and material runs Has a valid driver's license Job sites are typically in or around the Metro Atlanta area Duties include but not limited to the following: Demolition and site clean-up Must be able to complete installs such as light fixtures, small plumbing fixtures, door stops, blinds, etc. Must be able to complete basic drywall repairs and minor carpentry Must wear protective gear such as steel-toe boots Must maintain clean worksite at all times Must email in a daily report with pictures before leaving each job site every day, including details of work done Daily communication with the office regarding jobs and line items Must be able to make material runs, as needed, to local Home Depots via phone sales to the office
