2 Guys 4 Hire is locally-owned and the highest-rated moving company in Colorado. We specialize in both local truck jobs and also smaller labor-only moves where we load and/or unload rentals (trucks and Pods). We're doing around 80-100 jobs in the Colorado Springs area per month. We have a couple of 1099 contractor positions open. Our jobs take place between 8am and 6pm, so no late nights. $20 per hour for expert movers, $25 per hour for an expert driver/mover/loader/crew leader that has a clean driving record (No CDL required, but you must have experience driving large moving trucks). You'll average around 30 hours per week plus tips, up to 40 hours per week from April-August. Pay is once per week. This may be the best moving gig out there and we're looking for the best experienced guys. Requirements: 1. Have your own dependable car to drive to 2-3 jobs per day around the Colorado Springs area. No exceptions, you must have your own vehicle. 2. Have your own 2-wheel dolly with inflatable wheels (Costs $60-$70 at Home Depot or Uhaul). 3. Have real phone service that works on a mobile network. 4. Have at least 2 YEARS of moving company experience, which includes having the knowledge to carefully and correctly carry furniture, loading a truck correctly, etc. 5. Be available at least Wednesday-Sunday 8am-6pm. Mondays and Tuesdays are optional. You WON'T be working all of these hours, but you must be generally available during these hours to take jobs. We're not looking for on again/off again day labor. Our regular guys make a good living with their hourly + tips. 6. Be respectful and professional with your customers and co-workers.
