Need low deck built in the back of a rental

Thank you for your patience. Need low deck built in the back of a rental. Level and low to the ground to the left of the current deck. No railings. Will need to tie in at one spot to the existing deck. Estimated 20x20. (Not sure size yet. Just looking for a price idea with that size.). The first picture is the back yard. All the other pictures are what we want the deck to look like. Please give estimate of labor and material. We require references. We prefer insured, but will consider other. When responding, please note when you can start and complete the project. We can purchase the wood at Lowes or Home Depot on our account or wherever you suggest.
