We are always looking for our next great Commercial Tire - Road Service Technicians. Our Commercial Tire - Road Service Technician perform duties that include: Install commercial truck, farm, industrial, and OTR tires Inspect rim and tire conditions to ensure product is safe for installation Repair tires and wheels in a safe and efficient manner Maintain log book of service calls completed Document initial findings and work performed on work orders Diagnose, explain and recommend repairs to customers Tire Rotation, Repair or Replacement Computer Balancing of tires Operate Company and Customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner Maintain Company service vehicle and tool inventory Maintain service schedule for equipment on Company service vehicle Comfortably lift between 75-100lbs Perform inspections and checks on customer fleets Be available for after-hours service calls Keep work areas Clean, organized and safe Benefits Full time positions with the opportunity for overtime Competitive wages On the job and classroom training Health, Dental and Vision Benefits Life Insurance Paid Vacation / Holidays 401(K) with Company Match Closed Sundays Opportunity to grow, we promote from within Qualifications Although not required, experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast paced and detail-oriented environment Ability to document finding and work performed in detail Ability to communicate well with other TEAM members Be personally responsible and self-motivated Have a sales-minded, customer service focus
